HIGH SPEED BASKETBALL 1 ON 1 TRAINING

 

Individual Training and Assessment

There is 1 coach that works with 1 player to focus on specific needs. At the first session, the player is assessed and given a specific program to help them achieve their individual basketball goals.

 

Training Program

We provide training programs where players can improve on their skills after completing The High Speed Basketball Training Program. The training sessions are 1 hour long for seven weeks and there is one session per week.
